We came up with the concept of Bedrijventool.nl, because there were many requests for such a tool to collect and deliver company addresses for marketing purposes. Many reactions were substantively about too high a budget and unfeasible, with what can be found online nowadays. On average always between 0.4 and 0.8 cents per address.
